THE COMPANY

Was founded in March 1962 by Hideaki Mochizuki. For more than 50 years since then, we have worked hard to improve our business performance with technology improvement, focusing on precision cutting.

At the beginning, we were involved in the mass production of relatively small items such as watches and cameras. It was after the mid-1950s, we began manufacturing semiconductor manufacturing equipment and, soon in the late 1960s, the processing and unit assembly production of office and electrical equipments.

We have expanded our content to include large-scale processing and unit assembly of automated equipment and other small-lot, high-mix products. In line with this, we have worked to strengthen our equipment, focusing on NC and machining centers, by increasing the precision and efficiency of machine tools, by increasing the temperature of our factories to maintain high precision, and by introducing three-dimensional measuring instruments.

Recently we have established a production technology and design department, as we believe that we have created a comprehensive environment for manufacturing.

Through the manufacturing of semiconductor production equipment, Nakaya Seisakusho aims to achieve sustainable production activities, with the goal of effectively utilizing resources and providing safe products based on customer needs and quality control, in order to comply with related laws and protect the global environment.

As stated in the 4th Industrial Revolution’s information society, the environment surrounding Nakaya Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our company) is undergoing major changes, and it has become essential for manufacturing.

OUR HISTORY

03.1962

The company is founded starting with manufacturing of camera parts using automatic lathes in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

10.1974

The factory is named as Nakaya Co., Ltd. (Nakaya Seisakusho Co. Ltd.). Capital reaches 10 million yen.

06.1982

The capital reaches 20 million yen.

11.1982

Kofu city main factory and Showa branch factory were integrated. Head office is moved to Kamanashi Industrial Park.

12.1987

The capital reaches 25 million yen.

07.1994

Kofu Factory begin its operation.

06.2020

Head office and 6th factory are completed.
While focusing on improving technology and increasing equipment, expanding into new fields, performing secondary processing, and manufacturing precision vacuum parts, we aim to achieve integrated production from design to processing to assembly to installation. We are fulfilling and expanding our assembly department in order to meet the needs of our customers.
